Contract Recruiting
This service is generally used in high volume situations where many positions need to be filled on an on-going basis. We act as a "partner" and consultant for the client in the search process. Fees are paid based on an hourly consultant rate.
Contingency Search
Payment of search fees is "contingent" on the hiring of a referred candidate and, therefore, neither party is under any obligation to complete the search assignment. This type of fee arrangement is used for more "generic"-types of searches that are less critical. The fee is dependent upon the complexity of the position and is a typically percentage of the successful candidate's projected first year's compensation ranging from 20% to 25%.
Contract Staffing
Allows clients to bring in professional-level or high-tech employees for a specific project or period of time. JOPA TRC is the employer-of-record for tax and benefit purposes and the client pays a per hour rate for all hours worked by the contractor during the term of the agreement.
